I wanted to take the time to write this review to let everyone know what a fantastic realtor Mr. Chaz Grant is!!!! I’m a merchant marine captain, and just bought a home in Cape Coral. Mr. grant treated me like family through the entire process!! I found him to be very knowledgeable about the area, along with the pros and cons of Florida real estate. I also found him to be an excellent communicator which was a huge benefit to me because of my traveling schedule.
