As a Florida native who has called several Southwest Florida communities home, Alyssa Benson brings a deep understanding of the local area and a genuine passion for helping people find a place to call their own. Originally from Clearwater, Alyssa has lived in Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, and Port Charlotte before ultimately settling in Punta Gorda, where she and her family built their home and put down roots.

Before pursuing real estate, Alyssa gained valuable experience working for a home builder, where she held roles as a permit manager, design consultant, and purchasing manager. These experiences gave her an inside look at the home-building process, from navigating permits and coordinating details to helping customers bring their vision to life. Her background provides a unique perspective on the needs of homebuyers and the many details that go into finding or building the perfect home.
