Realtor to Realtor, it was an absolute pleasure working with Chaz. He is fair, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and works diligently for his clients, in his own expertise and integrity, as well as with a wholehearted willingness to help, support, and work collaboratively together with other Realtors for a smooth transactional sale and purchase process.
Thank you so much for taking care of my friend, Joan, to help get her house sold. You did a great job!!! You far exceeded any expectations. You are a great realtor (if not the best) and go way over and above what needs to be done to help people. It was a pleasure working with you. Your negotiations skills, staging, communication, Interpersonal skills, and just getting the job done are impeccable. You spent your time and weekends helping Joan pack up the house. She could not have done it without you. You are a real asset to the real estate market and to your clients.
I wanted to take the time to write this review to let everyone know what a fantastic realtor Mr. Chaz Grant is!!!! I’m a merchant marine captain, and just bought a home in Cape Coral. Mr. grant treated me like family through the entire process!! I found him to be very knowledgeable about the area, along with the pros and cons of Florida real estate. I also found him to be an excellent communicator which was a huge benefit to me because of my traveling schedule. Mr. Grant is also a tough negotiator, and brokered us an even better deal that we wanted!!! I would 100% recommend “Sweet South Reality” and Mr. Chaz Grant for either the buying or selling of your home. He is a man of extreme discipline, honor, integrity, and honesty. Thank you Capt James H
