I recently bought a home with Chaz and as a first time home buyer, I was not aware of the full process, Chaz explained it all very well, and guided me through the entire experience, even with connecting utilities and searching for insurance. Chaz was always available when I called or texted, and kept the process flawlessly, every ground was covered even lawn and pool care references.
